This paper presents an overview and analysis of the Arabian style of management as exemplified by Saudi Arabian businesses. The Arab management style is compared and contrasted to the American style, with a discussion of the major cultural influences on each. the analysis begins with a discussion of the major cultural influences on Arabian management. Following this, a profile of the "Saudi management style" is presented and discusses with comparisons to American management.
