13778. FAITH, GOOD WORKS AND LUTHERAN TEACHING. Based on a review of the theological literature and the teachings of Martin Luther, this paper seeks to answer two questions: 1) can faith be taught according to Martin Luther or is it instinctive; and 2) should faith come before good works or vice versa? Answers that faith is not instinctive and that good works are meaningless in the absence of faith. 5 pages, 27 footnotes, 6 bibliographic sources.
