13140. MNCS AND COMMUNICATIONS. This report provides an overview an analysis of the role and structure of communications in MNCs. The analysis begins with a general overview of the importance of communications in the MNC, conducted through the perspective of an assessment and response to the statement that "control of MNCs is primarily a matter of communication."
