14213. HAS SIEMENS LOST ITS WAY: THE FUTURE HARVARD CASE STUDY. This paper presents a summary analysis to a classic Harvard Business School case study of Siemens AG, a major competitor in the global telecommunications, power generation and electronics industries, and one of Germany’s leading companies. After defining Siemen’s strategic choices and main strategic considerations, the analysis considers four primary alternative strategic options and then evaluates each of these. The concluding section recommends the adoption of one alternative and presents an Action Plan for its implementation.
