14223. SUBURBAN CABLEVISION CASE STUDY. This paper provides a case analysis and a case solution to a marketing case study concerning a cable television company. Kim Harrison, the new marketing manager for Suburban CableVision, must develop a new marketing plan for Suburban CableVision for 1987. Following an overview of the components of the marketing plan, this paper analyzes critical factors in Suburban CableVision's internal (company) environment as well as critical factors in the external environment of the industry and market. An analysis of the existing marketing mix is followed by a S.W.O.T. analysis. Recommendations for action are then made.
