Within the past few years the market complacency of the top producers has been challenged by new marketing strategies introduced by Phillip Morris' Miller. Thanks primarily to Miller, there is now a new focus on market segmentation in the industry. The industry evaluation and analysis concludes with recommendations on strategy for some of the inspiring smaller players.
