WHISTLER CORPORATION (A) HARVARD CASE STUDY This paper presents an analysis and solution to a Harvard Business School case study (from William Ellet's Case Study Handbook) which describes the circumstances surrounding Whistler Corp.'s decision whether or not to continue manufacturing operations in the United States. Following the successful pilot of a new manufacturing process, Whistler’s president has identified three possible alternatives. Manufacturing alternatives (including charts) are evaluated and recommendations made on moving production offshore.
