Following a discussion of the influence of organizational culture and organizational climate on organizational communications, the analysis consider the critical role of the organizational leader in shaping organizational communications. Concludes that leaders have the capacity to use communications in a way which improves organizational effectiveness by increasing worker satisfaction, productivity, motivation, and even innovation.
