05173. LABOR POLICY, PRODUCTIVITY, FOREIGN TRADE AND THE ECONOMIC DECLINE OP BRITAIN. An examination of the theses that declining labor productivity and a deteriorating foreign-trade position have been responsible for the general economic eclipse of Britain since World war I.
