05619. MILITARY STRATEGY OF THE UNITED STATES IN THE EVENT OF WAR. General war is considered with the possibilities of the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons. A theory of such use is discussed as the question of how such wars occur with reference to the First and Second World Wars.
