The first essential step of the Custom Research process is for you to submit your assignment in as much detail as possible to our office. You can alternately do this via the e-mail link below, or call our office at the phone numbers listed above. Someone from our office will subsequently contact you by e-mail or telephone - please, do not assume that your project has been accepted until you hear from us. No project will be undertaken without consultation and it must occur BEFORE you send us any paper work, source material or payment. During this consultation we will discuss the scope of your research needs, determine the cost for our services, and establish a timetable for the completion of the project.

Email the Custom Research Desk your specifications Once the terms and condition of the research project are mutually understood and agreed upon, we will ask you to send payment along with any reference sources which are essential to the successful completion of the project.

There is a five (5) page minimum length for custom research orders. We generally require one week to complete a project, although some rush projects can be undertaken in less time by special arrangement. The research time starts on the day we receive your order, NOT the date you send the order. Please allow five to six days for regular mail delivery.

Custom research typically runs $19.00 per page and up. Be advised that prices vary widely in response to the difficulty of the subject AND the time of year your request is made. The least expensive times of year to order custom research are: the beginnings of the academic semesters (September/ January) and summer vacation periods. Be advised that a price quote for custom research does not necessarily reflect the charge for the same project at a different time of year.

Each order MUST contain a signed Order Form, and full payment must be included. Payment must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check, or credit card. We regret that we cannot accept personal checks or C.O.D. for custom research orders.
