15214. Government Involvement in the 1993 Waco Incident. This paper discusses the actions of the BATF and the FBI in the siege on the Branch Davidians that ended in the deaths of more than 80 people. The government's use of paramilitary tactics and flammable tear gas is discussed, as well as the denials of the Justice Department and the manipulations of evidence that followed the incident.
